Northeast, Inc. is corporately located in beautiful State College, PA, home of the Penn
State University Nittany Lions. The company has served the Construction Industry for over
two decades with the manufacture of high quality pre-formed fibre glass reinforced gypsum
(GRG) and glass fibre reinforced cement (GFRC).

Bigler, PA with the corporate and Marketing Facilities in State College, PA and Glen
Mills, PA.
What we do:
Custom Castings Northeast, Inc. is a pioneer in the development, perfecting and
manufacturing of cost saving pre-formed glass fibre reinforced gypsum (GRG) and glass fibre
reinforced cement (GFRC) architectural materials. These materials provide unlimited
decorative and functional properties.
From the moment of your first contact with the company, you will have the full range of our services at your disposal. Our representatives will help you pinpoint your needs and define your designs, specifications and costs.
The exceptional properties of (GRG) and (GFRC) allow us to create or duplicate the most intricate designs and patterns in minute detail, with true precision. Intricate is no longer difficult, fabrication to close detail is easy, textures are unlimited, unusual designs, curves, and radii are specialties.
(GFRC) is dense, insoluble and unaffected by weather, temperature change or pollutants such as sulfur, nitrogen oxides and acid rain. It is freeze-thaw resistant and has a superior resistance to windborne abrasion.
(GRG) has far greater scratch resistance than plaster and requires less touch-up and maintenance. In high traffic areas where extra strong materials are desired, GRG-HIR (High Impact Resistant-Fibre Glass Reinforced Gypsum) GRG can be fabricated.
The design and construction of both (GRG) and (GFRC) products provide a material rigid and strong enough to maintain its original contour with minimal framing.
(GFRC) and (GRG) architectural materials weigh less than most competing products. Therefore, they are easier to install and save money on labor, anchor systems and shipping. And, while cutting the load factor, Custom Castings Northeast, Inc. products provide superior strength.
(GFRC) and (GRG) products are shipped to the job ready for installation and finishing, including internal metal framing, if specified. This greatly reduces costly on-site erection procedures. Your success is our business. Because (GFRC) is naturally white, it can be cast in any color or tone by using non-fading pigments that range from subdued pastels and earth tones to vivid hues. (GFRC) is also an excellent base for a wide range of paints, stains, lacquers, varnishes, shellacs, and can be wrapped with fabrics, vinyls, veneers and light weight architectural metals.
To save money, you can select from Custom Castings Northeast, Inc. numerous standard product designs. If we do not have ready-made molds to fit your needs, we will create your own unique designs. In either case, pre-formed castings bring efficiency and economy to exterior and interior products.
