Glass fibre
reinforced cement (GFRC) is dense, insoluble and unaffected by weather, temperature change
or pollutants such as sulfur, nitrogen oxides and acid rain. It is freeze-thaw resistant
and has a superior resistance to windborne abrasion. Fibre glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) has far greater
scratch resistance than plaster and requires less touch-up and maintenance. In high traffic
areas where extra strong materials are desired, GRG-HIR (High Impact Resistant-Fibre Glass
Reinforced Gypsum) GRG can be fabricated. (GFRC) and (GRG) architectural materials weigh less than most competing products. Therefore, they are easier to install and save money on labor, anchor systems and shipping. And, while cutting the load factor, Custom Castings Northeast, Inc. products provide superior strength. |
