When we take your order, we work
to your architectural drawings to make
sure your job is done right!

Our mold shop takes your design and
creates an exact copy so that we can
create your custom GRG or GFRC
masterpiece!

Your job is custom made by our
mold craftsmen.
|
Then your mold is checked before
we create your custom casting. If
we've already created castings for
you, the mold is cleaned and inspected
to the original plans.

Fibre glass and the concrete or
gypsum compound is put in the
mold.
|
For some products, the mold is
pre-coated before applying the
fibre glass.
|

|

|
In fine work, the gypsum is worked into
tight places by hand.
|
The material is built up to the specified
thickness by applying coats of concrete
or gypsum.
|

|

Here is a mold almost complete.
|
The material is allowed to harden and
cure. When it is ready, it is time to
remove the mold.
|

|

Your finished casting is removed from
the mold.
|
The casting is taken to quality control
where it is verified against your order.
|

|

Your order is then crated for shipping
and put on a truck for delivery to your
job site!
